After rigorous training in Gym I really like bit heavy breakfast with high protein content.I use only egg white which is full protein,it gives me a good kick for whole day!
Mostly I opt Oats in morning as it takes really few minutes to prepare.Also many variation in taste can be made.Today i tried it with Mexican scrambled egg n it turned out yumm !
Next time m gonna add some chopped chicken pieces too(more protein n more taste)
INGREDIENTS
1 Cup Oats
2 Eggs white
1 tbsp Onion(chopped)
2 tbsp Red Pepper(chopped)
1 Tomato(optional)
few coriander leaves
Pinch of black pepper n salt
DIRECTIONS
- Spray oil on nonstick pan.Fry onion n pepper for a minute.
- Add egg whites with pepper n salt.keep stirring till its nicely cokked.Now add oats n cook for another minute.
- Now mix in diced tomato(if using) n 1.5 cup of water.
- Let it cook for couple of minute or till you get desired consistency.
- Add in coriander n njoy !
# Amount of water ll depend on what kind of oat you r using.
## You can add some cooked shredded chicken or ham.
