Dark Chocolate Cake



INGREDIENTS 

1cup Flour
1cup powder Sugar
3/4cup Unsalted butter
1/4cup Cocoa powder
50gm Dark cocolate
1/2tsp Vanilla essence
2eggs
1tsp baking powder
1/2tsp baking soda
some hot water/milk


DIRECTION

In a bowl sieve flour,coco powder,baking soda and baking powder twice.
In a bowl mix butter,eggs and sugar,beat it till it become fluffy.
In double boiler melt chocolate.add it in mixture and blend it well.
Add flour,vanilla essence and mix it till well combined.
Now add hot water to make paste of ribbon making consistency.
in 9''inch mould (covered with butter paper),pour the mixture.
Heat the cooker(dont use water) for 3-4 minutes.put stand and mould over it.
close lid(without whistle and rubber) and let it cook on slow heat for 40 minuts.
check it with knife.if it comes clean,cake is done.
Cool it and then demould.


# i spread chocolate sauce in cake by making vertical layers.
