Biscuit Cake


This one is easiest recipe in my blog.If you have damp or alot of biscuits(sweet) you can go for this recipe without any doubt..Kids will love this ! I made this several times and every time there was someone in home complaining for not getting a single bite...
So this time i made a bigger one !

INGREDIENTS

2Cup Biscuit powder( Marrielite or any glucose biscuit)
1.5Cup Milk
3/4Cup Sugar(powdered)
1/2tsp Vanilla essence
2tsp Baking Powder
2tbsp Cashew Nuts(chopped)


DIRECTIONS

  • Sift biscuit powder,sugar and baking powder together.
  • Mix milk in mixture.Add nuts.You can add bit of water if batter is too thick.
  • Pour this in greased tin and bake for 30minutes at 180'C or on low heat in pressure cooker.
  • Don't open the over for 5minutes.it will nice brown n crusty color.
  • Let it cool completely.




#Batter should not be runny otherwise nuts will sink in the bottom.
