Chocolate Custard

I think its appropriate post in Season of love ... "Oh My God !!!!!! its sooooo good ! ",this was my first reaction after having this seriously sinful custard ! I can bet that no chocolate lover can stop eating this thick-silky-rich thing spoon after spoon just like that ( some may be start looking to hide somewhere for moment so that they can lick the bowl too )

 Its a very fancy dessert which can be serve chilled as well as hot  and can be made in matter of time,which makes it more sinful ! (believe me i can't stop writing about this as m in love with it  )..Its simply my new solution for chocolaty sweet tooth !! n after trying its sure gonna be yours too 


3tbsp Cornflour
1tbsp Custard Powder
1/2tsp Coffee Powder
4tbsp Sugar
2cup milk(toned) 
1/2 Cup Water
1 tsp Vanila Essence
3 tbsp Cocoa Powder
1tsp Butter


  • Mix all ingredients together in heavy bottom pan.
  • Whisk until all become well incorporated.
  • Place the pan on medium heat,keep whisking and bring it to boil.
  • Low the heat and keep whisking for 7-8 minutes.It will get very thick but can be pour easily.
  • Sieve the custard into 3-4 serving glasses.
  • Can be served hot.If going to serve cold then cover the glasses with foil and let them chill in fridge for atleast 2 hours.

# If you will not cover whiling chilling a layer will form on top which doesn't look nice while serving.
## Butter gives shine to custard.You can add more sugar if you like.
