This cake is very light in texture and sugar.Also because of wheat flour,its healthier version.You can add some chocolate chips or walnuts if you like.It taste best when warm.
3/4Cup Wheat Flour
1/4 Fine Flour
1tsp Vanila Essence
1tbsp Baking powder
1/4tbsp Baking soda
Pinch of Salt
- Make puree of banana. Preheat oven on 180'C.
- Blend oil and sugar together till it get light.add egg yolk and mix again.finally add banana puree and mix well.
- Sift flour,baking soda,baking powder in a bowl twice.
- Add dry ingredients with wet one.Mix vanilla essence.Add milk in it.
- Whisk egg white till it reach soft peak consistency.
- Add egg white in above mixture and fold in with light hands.
- Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes or till it passes tooth pick test.
- Sprinkle some icing sugar on top of cake and serve warm cake.
# You can add some choco-chips in batter.
## Best serve it with hot chocolate sauce.
